Breakfast and Lunch Catering Order Form b espresso bar

  • Note that there are TWO pages on the catering order form
  • Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 HOURS prior to required delivery
  • Payment for all orders is due UPON RECEIPT, by credit card, cheque or cash
  • Any orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice subject up to 100% payment
  • Orders must be sent to assaggio@bespressobar.com ONLY and ALL orders will be confirmed by email when accepted by Assaggio Catering
